Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, You can purchase gift vouchers by heading to our bookings page OR Paint 'n' Pat page OR our private tour/photoshoot page and click 'Buy Gift Card'.
Or if you would like to purchase a gift voucher for a mini photoshoot only then please send us an email or message us through Facebook to organise a manual gift voucher which we can email to you.
I don't like the look of the gift voucher. Can you send me something a little nicer to gift to someone? YES absolutely. Please email or FB message us your voucher numbers/order number and we will make up a nicer voucher more presentable voucher for you.
Can I bring my dog or other pets along to my farm visit?
Sorry no, due to bio security we can not allow dogs or other pets to come on to our farm.
I'd like to book a Paint 'n' Pat session but there are no dates available.
Simply email or message us through Facebook messenger. If you have a group of 6-12 then we can arrange a date for you.
What age is your farm experience aimed at?
Our farm experience is aimed at all ages.
Is there a lot of walking?
All our farm animals are quite close together. There may be a little walking depending which paddocks the animals are located.
Do you have senior, disability or carers prices? Sorry no, our prices are $14 for children aged 4-12 and $36 for adults aged 13+
We want to bring our own photographer, is this allowed? Sorry no, we have our own onsite photographer and do not allow SLR's or DSLR cameras or Amateur or Professional Photographers to take photos on our property. You are more then welcome to take as many phone photos are you like.
Do we get to go into the paddock with the cows? No, this would be too dangerous. Especially if the cows are hungry or want to sniff you for bread and start pushing each other out of the way. You definitely don't want to get in the way of their horns as friendly as they are.
However, on the rare occasion, we may be able to offer private tours (very small groups) the chance to be in the same area with our newly weaned calves. This will strongly depend on their personality and timing. As we are a working farm we can not guarantee which weekends this will be available.
Most of the time we will have halter trained calves which we bring out every tour (not just private) and you can pat them, cuddle them, brush them and feed them.
Please also keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates.
What is your itinerary for farm tours? This is our home and a working farm so things can change up every now and them depending which paddocks the animals are in at the time of your booking. To sum it up and in no specific order you will meet all of our farm animals and have the opportunity to interact, feed, pat and cuddle all and if not then most of them. Your tour will include a tractor ride and honey tasting.
I've checked the weather forecast and it looks like rain, does my booking still go ahead? Yes, unless it is forecast extremely high rain or storms then we will most likely go ahead. Since the weather forecast can change last minute and usually very unreliable we recommend bringing appropriate clothing for wet weather. We will contact you if we decide to cancel due to weather.
Can I cancel my booking and do you give refunds? Please check your date and time carefully before proceeding to checkout. We do not accept cancellations, gift refunds or reschedule bookings unless due to extreme circumstances. We still go ahead in wet weather. If we need to cancel due to extreme weather conditions we will contact you 2 days prior to your booking.
I've tried to book but the date I'm after says unavailable? This means the date is unavailable due to either being booked out or a private event.
